رَفِيْعُ الدَّرَجٰتِ ذُو الْعَرْشِۚ يُلْقِى الرُّوْحَ مِنْ اَمْرِهٖ عَلٰى مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهٖ لِيُنْذِرَ يَوْمَ التَّلَاقِۙ ( غافر: ١٥ )

बुलन्द

ٱلدَّرَجَٰتِ
दर्जों वाला है
Owner (of) the Throne
ذُو
अर्श वाला है
Owner (of) the Throne
ٱلْعَرْشِ
अर्श वाला है
He places
يُلْقِى
वो डालता है
the inspiration
ٱلرُّوحَ
वही को
by
مِنْ
अपने हुक्म से
His Command
أَمْرِهِۦ
अपने हुक्म से
upon
عَلَىٰ
जिस पर
whom
مَن
जिस पर
He wills
يَشَآءُ
वो चाहता है
of
مِنْ
अपने बन्दों में से
His slaves
عِبَادِهِۦ
अपने बन्दों में से
to warn
لِيُنذِرَ
ताकि वो डराए
(of the) Day
يَوْمَ
दिन से
(of) the Meeting
ٱلتَّلَاقِ
मुलाक़ात के
Rafee'u alddarajati thoo al'arshi yulqee alrrooha min amrihi 'ala man yashao min 'ibadihi liyunthira yawma alttalaqi (Ghāfir 40:15)

वह ऊँचे दर्जोवाला, सिंहासनवाला है, अपने बन्दों में से जिसपर चाहता है, अपने हुक्म में से जिसपर चाहता है, अपने हुक्म से रूह उतारता है, ताकि वह मुलाक़ात के दिन से सावधान कर दे
English Sahih:
[He is] the Exalted above [all] degrees, Owner of the Throne; He places the inspiration of His command [i.e., revelation] upon whom He wills of His servants to warn of the Day of Meeting. ([40] Ghafir : 15)
